Student Directory Information

The 2019-20 Madison High School directory is now online and accessible for Madison parents, teachers and staff. If your family is listed in the directory, you should have received a welcome email on September 24th providing you with a unique log-in and password, so that you can access this digital directory and verify/correct your family’s information contained in it.

This school directory, provided through AtoZ Connect, conveniently displays information at your fingertips—including students’ names and grades, along with parents’ email addresses, phone numbers and home address. This information is only shared with our JMHS families and staff, and not to anybody outside of the Madison community. Parents can add, delete or correct any of the information for their household.

With your AtoZ log-in, you can access our school directory on your smart phone, tablet or computer—so you can look up information wherever you are. To place the app on your smart device, go to www.atozconnect.com. You will be prompted to add the AtoZ Connect icon to your home screen. You can also find instructions on how to add the icon to your screen here.

  •  For parents who did receive the welcome email, please check your inbox from September 24th for a “Welcome to the JMHS 2019-20 directory” email from the Madison High School PTSA. If it’s not there, and it’s not in your spam folder, then email Jenny Thompson at directoryproduction@jmhsptsa.org.
  • For any Madison teachers or staff who would like to access the online directory, email directoryproduction@jmhsptsa.org from your FCPS email address and you will be sent a welcome email with a link to access the directory.

Once you’re in the AtoZ app, if you have any problems with the software, please contact support@atozdirectories.com.Families can update their entry in the directory throughout the school year, so if any of your family data changes this year, you can just go on the app and edit your information yourself.
