Pre-Season Percussion Auditions and Rehearsals
Percussion students are assessed in the spring to determine placement (front ensemble or drumline) and specific instrument for the coming marching season. Our Percussion Director, Mr. Kaylor, will hold auditions for both new and continuing percussionists on April 14 from 6:00 pm until all conclude. Both rising and continuing percussion students will have pre-season rehearsals together on select Tuesday evenings from April 21-June 9.
Spring Musical
Come here several of our band students in the orchestra pit under the direction of Mr. Kaylor, and see others in the cast and crew when MAD Drama performs their spring musical, Zombie Prom. The production will be performed April 23, 24, and 25 at 7:00 pm and April 25 at 2:00 pm at the JMHS auditorium. This 1950s-set comedy portrays high school life from the perspective of a student who comes back from the dead! Tickets are on sale now.
White House Ornaments 250th Anniversary Edition
Early sales of White House ornaments for 2026 will be available for sale at some of the local polling sites on April 21st for the special election. Pick yours up when you go vote! $25 each.
