On Monday October 14 (a student holiday), DECA will hold their regional competition at Oakton High School at 1:00 pm to (approximately) 5:00 pm. Each FCPS high school participating is asked to recruit volunteer judges for the event. As you, as the judge, play the role of a customer, employer, or manager, you will rate student participants as they solve real life business situations in a “role play” scenario designed to showcase their knowledge of marketing and business concepts. The student winners will advance to the DECA State Leadership Conference in Virginia Beach to compete for a chance to move on to Internationals which will be in Orlando.
